archhhh.... i feel like my head gonna explode !! things turn up side down ..so tired and feel sick .. after drinking lot of water i just lay on bed but that dosen't help me much .. what else should i try ? more whisky ?

try hot Tea without milk and sugar, u will definitely wake up.

Avoid the tea!!! It's going to make you 'shaky' and feel worst... Have one more whisky! Trust me! :-)

WATER. the headache and most of the worst of the hangover is dehydration.

best way to do it is the night you are drinking, have 1 glass of water per drink... and make sure the path to the bathroom is clear.

take some alka selzer , and eventually a beer , seiously , a beer is really a good hang remedy , but just one ;-)

Try to follow Zeus' advice (what did I say, I agree with Zeus!!!!!) .................. but it's too late now. U should have took water while u were drinking or just after it before u went to sleep ....... think about it the next time.

hangover coz yr lung overloaded, n dry. u must drink more water especially warm water or juice. but the best way is pil, this pil u can get it in pharmacy, i suddently cannot recall the brand, it is about 200 over baht. is a pil for yr lung function better n protect yr lung n over loading as well. i get this pil which is advice by my private doctor, is no side effect n is something like vitamins but is protection to yr lung. if u take daily per pil, u can feel better n fresh every morning when u wake up even u get hang over. this is the supplementary food for yr lung n haping u were not hang over in the next day, try to search in pharmacy, perhaps next time nobody can challenge u in drinking of beer n whisky. may be i can pm u the brand name when i go back for my pharmacy.

LadyVin, one of the best hangover cures I've found I came across while here in Thailand. Go to a Sauna for an hour, amazing how much better you'll feel

The best cure for a hangover is greasy food( farang food ) followed by a dose of Vitamin B12 if that fails have one less drink next time.
