I got this tip form a site and wanna do this asap wish me luck and hope this would help anyone who going to lose weight like me ^ _ ^

Try this : Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal and raisins a bottle of spring water. Add one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to it the molasses is sold at : SHOPPERS FOOD GROCERY make shore it has the words blackstrap on the bottle. There are 3 different types of molasses, but Blackstrap is the one you want.

Lunch : chicken type salad like at burger king or wendys. Dinner: No more than 4 ounces of meat chicken or steak ect. Do not wory about the carbs because that was in the breakfast and

lunch

dinner : eat your protein at dinner. This is a balanced diet. If you want you can take a multi-vitamin with the dinner, Keep breakfast and lunch always the same for one month. Do not change too much the food plan. Once you get to your ideal weight , then it is said add a cheat day once (one day) every 2 weeks but do not pig out ect. Cheat days is for those already at the ideal body weight. Add cardio type exercise it does not matter what it is it can be kung fu- Tae Bo by Billy Blanks....or step classs or treadmill just as long it is cardio , and chnage the cardio style every week to prevent the bordom. I would do treadmill Monday and Friday, and on Wednesday a kick boxing class or tae bo but these just examples. Or if you into running you can substitue a workout with running or just do treadmill on Wednesdays and on the Monday and Friday Step aerobics, the choices are endless. Go for 1 hour-- class. Once you reach the ideal body weight , drop to 35 minutes ect so you will not get too small.

I need to get back into it , i'd like to lose another 50-60 lbs for now. Evenings are the hardest though I tend to snack too much, i've been trying to stick to just endless cups of tea I hope I could lol

I recommend www.sparkpeople.com to everyone

A great site if you haven't heard about it already. Great for tracking meals, tells you whats in the food you eat, tells u how many calories, fats, protein and carbs u should take in to reach your goal. It really takes all the guess work out of everything. Even gives work out programs etc for your goals.

If you want a great book get this book:

there are different locations you can order it and this isn't just for body builders it's for anyone. It's about what you eat, when you eat it, and how it affects you. It has great information.

Anything you "change" in your life, whatever it may be isn't easy. It's easy to say something. The hard part is following through with it in the long run to benefit you. But down the road the benefits you will receive is what matters. And you will have yourself to thank ultimately when you are feeling better and enjoying life alot more and know in your mind you are living healthier.

Stick it out...it takes time for your body to get over the shock, be it quitting smoking or changing your diet.

Patience is the easiest thing if the will power is backing it up

Good luck....sometimes the hard part is making the decision to quit or lose, so you have tackled that already.

Good luck with the diet. But I think that Blueberry's idea is the best: "eating small meals ( high protein) 5-6 times a day. Do exercise... " The diet you're talking about severly limits calories and has zero variation, so you'll be both hungry AND bored. Hell, when I was on Atkins Diet, I was allowed to eat steak (yummy!) every day, but even that gets tiring after 2 weeks. But if you just eat more frequently -- eat less but when you're hungry -- and try to have meals based around protein, and if you exercise, you'll lose weight, NOT be hungy, and not get bored! But whatever plan you do, I hope it works for you. Maybe it can work for me too -- I'm starting to get a farang belly now. Yuck!

Btw, in the first few months of your diet course is going to be difficult but after you go through this period, all you've done will become your habits (eating habits) Remember one thing you must love what you are doing.. don't put a pressure on yourself ok and don't let Ple ruins your intention .. : p

@Ple __ Sweetie, Change your display pic on MSN quick !

@Tudtu __ Love body combat you two should try ! ; )

Good luck Anny. I've tried to stick to a stricter lifestyle recently.... it may sound surprising, but so far this year I've only had a few nights of entertainment with my good friend Heineken.... however during the same period of time I've also not been to the gym as often as I'd like to.

If only I could match the exercise to the healthier food and drink I'd be onto a winning formula and I'd soon have my six-pack abs.
