How to make Lemon Zest?

I'm trying to bake Lemon bar tomorrow, in the recipe' i have to put some Lemon Zest.

I have no idea how to make it or i can buy it somewhere?

BTW. Lemon is the yellow big ones, right? Lime is greeny smaller ones, right?

lemon is indeed the big(gish) yellow ones. To 'make' lemon zest, you simply scrape the outermost bit of the outer skin off. Make sure the lemon has not been waxed though (though I doubt if that would be a problem in Thailand). Use a grater or a small paring knife.
