I want to start with this previously posted words from Iain: the most addictive and dangerous drugs there is. A full blown addict will steal their bedridden disabled sibling's belongings to feed their habit. Every single word of Iain is more than true!!!! Please keep that in mind. Before, I did not know much about this kind of drugs, as i have never been in contact with them myself. Shame on me, I was not aware at all. Emmy has been doing drugs always hidden, never in front of me. Then, unfortunately she obviously started a heavily abuse... A couple weeks ago, a while after the incident, Emmy has left Thailand. After she got all my money in her pocket, she got heavily addicted to crystal meth / ice. All the time on drugs, in Singapore she was falling into the hands of some sort of human trafficking mafia. She managed to excape from them after 10 days into the Thai embassy. The Thai embassy sent her back to Bangkok, guarded by international police. Her father was waiting for her on airport, and they brought her straight ahead to a King's drug rehabilitation center, where she is locked away now and gets a therapy for the next three month. I hope she will get a good treatment there and learn something new. Conclusion and message to any Thai girl who reads this: Please don't do drugs. Earlier or later you will get yourself in big trouble. Also with your family and the people who love you. If you do drugs, please go NOW and ask somebody to help you to stop it. There are many different substances; some of them legal and some of them illegal. The basic fact is that worldwide, there is probably more harm done by prescription drugs which are misused or misprescribed than there is by illegal drugs. Don't get me wrong; I am not condoning all drug use. I am merely pointing out that some are more harmful than others and some are relatively harmless (or even, like cannabis, may have many benefits) It's a debate we have had many times on here so wont go into it all again. But just one point; more people die from horseriding accidents than do from use of Ecstasy. What is needed is proper education, treatment, control and regulation.
