Loburt Posted June 20, 2004 Report Share Posted June 20, 2004 Not sure about ones that are far away from everything, but I believe the one that is considered the premier place to train is called Fairtex. Somewhere near Bangkok and it welcomes foreigners. Of course, you could also train under the At-Narong expressway with the slum kids. Lots of drugs and alcohol in the neighborhood and the exhaust fumes will kill you. But it's authentic. I'd stick with Fairtex if I were you. There's also a camp in Pattaya run by some fugitive German bank robber turned kickboxer. Can't remember the name, but anyone in Pattaya will know it.
