Sailing in Thailand

Hi There.

I plan to go sailing this summer in the northern part of the Gulf of Thailand. Any idea how the weather (wind) is going to be in July/August?

The plan is to rent a bigger boat and may be find somebody who is interested in joining for a week or so. No previous experience required. Let me my know, if you are interested.
