I agree with Poses. Boxing is a great workout. Burns calories at a very fast rate.

However, I am not sure if that is the best exercise to start working out. Start with a less intense workout first and work your way into shape to try a boxing class.

It's a lot of fun to hit stuff! Hahahaha!

I only buy one meal at a time so i have to get up and walk to the store or resturaunt for every meal, where I live that adds up to at least 3 Km a day, and I dont end up snacking all the time. A well stocked kitchen is your worst enemy next to Food delivery.

I box and swim also, but that is probably overkill for all the walking I do. Yeah and swimming doesnt mean standing in the shallow end of the pool, you have to actualy swim, if you can do that for 12+ minutes without stopping your gold.
