Well, the last seven weeks have passed quickly and a lot has happened during this time. I will not tell the stories of how our house finally got ready - it would need a whole book to describe and some of you wouldn't believe it anyhow! Just one small highlight: One of the bathroom windows had to be moved five(!) times until it finally was located as indicated in the plan. But now it looks nice, the gardening is done, the satellite and the aircon are up and the most essential furniture also is in
Within less then 24 hours, I will be flying to Bkk again - finally! So I will not be online much, because there is no hand left for typing once I have my sweet wife in one arm and use the other one to bash on the constructors to finally get our house finished the way we discussed months and months before

So I am back from Kosovo after 20 long, challenging and extremely interesting months. Thx to all of you who did not forget me during the time I could not be on here! Well, now the next challenge is already ongoing: By October, our house should be finished - something that I slightly doubt when I look at the pics my lovely wife sent me recently. But there is always room for a miracle .

ok, ok... and I know that some people will try to tell me things... BUT I am here again, I always was and I always will be. Throughout the last months, I kept low profile and I think that I will do so also for the future. Out of several reasons - but everybody here should know that I am still alive!
Since three or four days, I cannot see any pics any more, only the "no default picture" sign or some error icon. Do you have the same experience or is it just my computer that has gone gaga? Funny enough, pics embedded in journals or forums I can see, same with all other webpages. Only TF excludes me from my main source of information (as I never have learned how to read). Even my own profile tells me "no default picture"...grrrr.....

Don't get me wrong - I know that winter time also is connected to snow (at least in my area of living), but - is it fair that I shoveled clear my car (see pic 1) only to find out that the next time it is again covered by snow competely? The weather forecast told us that temperatures would be above zero - so I did not put on the protective shield for my windscreen (which is a bit silly to adjust). And now... just have a look.

I've been to Thailand seeing my waan jai now for four weeks and just came back this morning, so I did not log on TF for a while. How I was surprised when I saw that those I use to exchange votes with still continued to vote for me and even some more people! Khap khun mak khrap, my friends! That helps me a lot getting over the frustration of now again being separated from my love by 5,500 miles for a while!
