My friend and I were discussing what we would give to the world if we could. Not including the obvious - world peace, an end to poverty/disease etc.
It was quite interesting because we had to really think about it. What could we give that could be of some use to mankind if we already had world peace, no poverty, no disease. Among other things we came up with :

Reading some recent journal entries reminded me of my Martial Arts training.
Before i started to study martial arts, I was easily intimidated. False images of strength - aggresive brow beaters and musclemen could cause me to become flushed, tense and agitated. I was often frustrated by dogmatist and cynics and made to feel inadequate by arrogant intellectuals, persistent salesmen or self rightous zealots.
