i don't know if u have any experience like me...

i woke up today my dad asked me about what i did last night. i said i just slept, why?

Then he told my mom about my behavior lastnight

He said he woke up and went to the toilet at 3 am, he saw my room still had a light on.. so he knocked the door, no one answer.. i always answer them, such as "i'm awake" or "i'm still working" that's so normal...

but this time on one answer.. he unlock the door then get in my room, he saw me got up suddenly, hug and hold every books around me.... and i said "i'm still awake" with the sleepy voice... my eyes still closed.. hehe that was totally crazy dude!!!

he knew what was wrong with me... so he tried to said "ok it's time to sleep" he put away my books then lay me down.. like a baby (i guess) haha i didn't know anything...

just remember i read some books before i slept (may be) lol

I was a sleep walker before.. but the funniest one was...at midnight my dad n' mom was watching the TV in the living room, i walked thru the room, tried to open the front door.. my dad asked me where would i go to this time, i told him i wanted to buy something to eat...hehe at midnight?? didn't make sence..then my dad said "u can't go anywhere, back to ur room and get some sleep" i knocked my head.. then walked back..all of this act my eyes still closed..and i couldn't remember a thing in the morning

Just like Lak_ja said, Hope ya getting enough rest

some ideas from some "sleep doctors":

quote:

TREATMENT

* Again, as in nightmares, sleep talking, etc., stress can be a big factor.

* Try relaxation techniques or meditation prior to bed time.

* Avoid becoming over tired or fatigued.

* Some drugs can cause episodes of sleep walking.

* Avoid the use of alcohol.

* If you sleep with someone, have them awaken you if you become restless.

* If you sleep walk, make sure your surroundings are safe and obstacle free. Avoid sleeping upstairs or in an upper bunk.
