This is not about love life but about my career...Umm...what can i say!!!now i'm working as senior PR at one place and i really enjoy working here i love everything here and now everything under my control sort everything out and i enjoy coming to work everyday never feel like i don't want to go to work just feel like god!!when is gonna be morning so i can go to work everything going well here then now have one company offer me a chance to work with them(A big and well-known company)as a PR Manager....So that's new big step i'm grow up with my career as i wish...and ofcourse about money getting better too(quite big amount if compare with the place i work now)But the point is i don't really know what gonna happen there 'cause noone know the future and i don't know that i gonna have such a lovely friends as i have now.

So guys any suggestion for me 'cause i really have no idea what i gonna do Plz..help thanks loads guys hope you guys enjoy your work like me

Money is nice but its the people you work with that make your job nice to wake up for. Maybe its you who make the people nice and they will be nice in new job. Hard to say for me!! I hope you find the right path for you !!!!!! good luck !!

Life and business is about taking risks...Especially for seeking out the higher rolls in the work world. If one passes up a true opportunity, they may become upset later because of the famious, "what if", question down the road...No one rerally knows what tomorrow might or might not bring, but don't cut yourself short andat the same time, be wise with your choices...Hope this helps and the best of luck...

You know, as a manager you could change the new environment to be like your former environment should you decide to move on.

But you should remember that in a bigger company, there are more challenges and more sharks in the pool and you may be forced to look over your shoulders all the time for backstabbers...haha.

Other things you should consider are; smaller companies are more flexible and therefore allows you to grow more, whereas in bigger companies, it is more structured; and of course smaller companies pay less than bigger companies but like Eagle said, money is not everything....it is more important that you enjoy going to work.

Eagel:Yeah!!hard to say for me too 'cause maney always nice but frind at work is quite important too so really hard to say.

Gilgamish II:Yep!!!the manager position is good i always wish that i gonna be that level when i hit 30 and now it's coming quite fast 'cause now now i'm 27 so i hit that level 3 years before my targetAnd i will add the good or bad things all this week so i can decide in next week.

thomaswd:everything in this world has to be risk and the one big thing is i don't know that i have can be the manager that have to control everything or not and if it's fail...Umm...

- I used to be in that situation and i chose to step on with 1 time of my previous salary.., But its wrong step I was not happy with people there , especially with one i have to work under ( boss ).. I quit after worked for them 1 year and been unemployed for 9 months...

- Now I have been working for this company for 5 years with salary still less than I got from company i mentioned above :::

Life is for learning and taking (reasonable) risks so a move could make sense.

However don't be blurred with a flamboyant title. Ensure that areas of responsibilities, reporting levels, level of autonomy and decision making are aligned in the title... In many companies i know managers are actually doing officers jobs.
