Yes, good idea.. would be nice to help a little like this. I'm always bothered though because it very often seems that more of the money that one would give to many of these big charity organisations goes to pay some sweet salary to someone with connections that to actually make a difference. Please correct me if you know I'm wrong.

Actually many of these foundations pay out 80 to 90% directly to the kids....

I used to do that too, I sent money a girl from Vietnam, about 3000 bath per month. She was 5 when I met her, till she was 7 ... things happened so I have to stop ...

But yeah have to be agree with you that it was a very very great feeling to do it =)
