Greetings! Well I am ashamed to say it but I did go see "Dodgeball". After a verrrry long week with many different issues I just wanted to watch a mindless comedy. It was mindless, yet not much of a comedy. Maybe I was expecting too much. I also saw "Supersize it", a documentary where a guy eats McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days. It was astonishing to see how quickly ones health can be negatively impacted in such a short time. THe movie was funny at times but talked about Americas increase of eating fast foods and the decrease of exercise in schools is resulting in a nation of "fat people". Also with the globalization of places like McDonalds,KFC,and others our poor habits are likely to spread to other countries. So beeeee careful Thailand:) Bye for now, time to go have and Egg McMuffin!

Eating thai food then, it digest well and you wont get fat..

Oh yeah after all the chilli goes through you system and burns your insides out believe me there won't be a lot left to digest much less add to the spare tire!

I would love to have an egg McMuffin! they have never been available in Thailand. They are the ultimate hangover food. I miss them.
