Today was Monday again.I hate Monday because every week on Monday I have to go and see the Landlady with my rent, It's not the paying of the rent that bothers me it's the fact that every Monday it's the same thing. I have to stand their for half an hour while the landlady has a go at me about one of my house mates not paying the rent again. It's not always the same house mate but it's one of the 3 of them every bluddy week and I now refuse to lend them the money as they all owe me so much. Unfortunately I cannot even communicate with these guys about the situation because they actually don't care at all.All they do is spend all the money they have on booze and leave the place like a squat.

I need to move out but I need my deposit for somewhere else, the trouble is no one else wants to move in to the house because of the state of the place the other guys leave it in, so I cant get my deposit back from the landlady until the house is sorted. hmm well thats my moan for today don't know what I am gonna do about it but it's driving me crazy 

buy a gun and shoot them! Oops... wait a min, that's what I would do in my videogame :-)

I guess your other roommates are idiots, get a place with better ones or go by yourself!

thats a funny contract you should get your back your deposit back anyway. If not just move out and move out.

ya, that is a serious situation.. hmmm if they owe you money.. wait until you know they just got paid then corner them one at a time with enough muscle to extract payment of debt.. from the sounds of it that is the only way you will ever get any money back.. have had my fill of experience with sods like this back in canada, my own brother was one of the worst.. as for the deposit.. well, maybe extract that while your at it.. items of value like mobile phones will do.. then grab your already packed bags and make a fast get away..
