blahh counting calories

I started counting calories and protiens in the food again.  I started doing this again because summer is coming up and I should be home before it ends and my yearly beach abs need revving up!  Every year around this time all my lady friends ask to come with me to the gym and workout.  I really don't mind, but I always have to warn them that I make really wierd faces and sounds when I lift, kinda like a dying Hyina(-sp?)-this normally scares them away.

In other news, by Monday I will find out if I will be going home.  For the past month our company has been through so much, we have been anticipating our leave date, but frickin Bush wants a troop surge, so now we get stuck, because the Army is stupid and can't make up their mind if they want to keep us or leave us.  Just in this past month in our company alone we've lost one soldier, 3 rollovers and just last night 3 more soldiers got hit with an IED...one of them lost her leg and maybe her eyesight.  We need to go home ASAP.

Ok I listen to the radio the other day...according to recent research, either workout or control your food, both can help you lose weight! i've lost 2 kilos for past 2 weeks cos i could not eat anything at all..now i can. i'd like to stay at this weight very much so yeah i eat 3 meals (i try) as usual and cut some small amount of it. once your stomach gets used to it, u cant eat a lot of food anymore lol i dont know.. just the way i do it cos i dont work out at all! (way too lazy here)
