Oh well some people may have been wondering why Appun mentioned something about the police on her journal yesterday. **** happened you know. I went to Punishing Dr.Sassy event before heading to Apple & Rob's farewell party at IceBar. There were a lot of familiar faces at Suan Lum event but I'm sorry if i did not get to talk to everyone. I was busy eating my tiny portion and not so delicious dinner haha It was funny that people kept asking me how i could show up that early that night lol it seems that my reputation of being late at the party is quite well-known to all party animals! There's nothing wrong with it right, cos at least I showed up I left the place to Apple's with Anna, Piaw and Aom around 10pm.May I just say that the ICE BAR was so packed when we got there. It is one of very local night clubs where you would not find any farangs and they play both Thai and English music. My first impression about the club was that "why would it be called ICE BAR" when I could not see any ice or feel so cold in there! I have to thank you to Apple, Rob and whoever that bought few bottles of whiskey that night. Then we saw the bar offers shisha for us to smoke there. My girls and I decided to order it just for fun. (We're not addicted but it tastes so good)That shisha costed us 500 baht. I was not sure about the quality of the tobacco but we felt like we smoked some apple powder lol we all really enjoyed the music, dancing and drinking till "BANG!!!!!!!!!!" that fuckin shisha dropped off the table! Yes the staff there put the shisha on the tiny table! Of course I was the last person who held the shisha pipe but I had no idea how it fell off the table. No one knows but i was the one who got blamed just cos I was holding it. To be honest, our table is next to the entrace to the upper floor. I absolutely had no idea if it was really me who hit the table and made it fell off or that someone walked pass the table and hit the table. Like I said it was PACKED!The thing is it caught everyone attention there. One of the staffs came to talk to us and ask us to be responsible for what happened there. They told us we had to pay 4000 baht for the broken (and used) shisha! We were like WTF. I was one who would never pay for it. I mean we tried to talk with them whether they could waive the cost of this damage cos that shisha would cost about 200-600 in Kaosan road or local market, if u know what i mean. We already opened the bottles. I could not see why it could not be waived. Well they insisted on having us pay for everything and were going to get the manager. I could not remember which one of us came out with the idea that we should just leave. So we did. 2 taxis got away to RCA, a much better place!! We were a bit worried why Appun and the guys still did not arrive after 30 mins. It turned out that they got caught by the police right in front of the bar and had to pay 2000 baht for the damage.I was like WHAT? They got caught?? Were they Ok? The story was told afterwards that they were waiting for one of our friends. Cant remember who but that was when they got caught. The bar called to the police, i think. So they do some negotiation with the police so we had to pay 2000 baht in total. Oh we here means ME, I have to pay for everything because they still think i broke the shisha when i was only holding it. Oh no i was not shaking it. I was holding it cos i was the last person who smoked the pipe and was in fact talking to Rob who has all my attention, not the shisha. It was funny that the first thing they said when they got to RCA was that they were my friends but its about the money so i should be responsible for it. My girls did not really know how or when i was asked to pay for this damage but well i took care of it. I'm not going to blame anyone here but my misfortune. Oh no I'm not gonna ask anyone to help me pay for this cause since we dont want to talk about it anymore and i just want to leave it there. I was pissed and confused about what happened but I'll surely get over it eventually. You see how cheerful I was at Gullivers last night, did not you?  My conclusion : ICE BAR sucks! It was my first time and yes my last time too! I would have claimed them if i were somewhere else in the world cos there was no warning for us to be careful if the staff was a fuckin idiot and put that huge thing on the tiny table. There was not even a warning posted how much one should pay if one broke the shisha!  | | ||| ok i'm gonna calm down now....here are some pics from that night. I intend to stay, I kept asking them to take me to police station but they never do that. I would not like anyone break my stuff and just left, so I stayed but they were annoying to me. I heard I annoyed some of you guys by being so stubborn to stay tho'

Well I'd like to share that THB2000 even though in fact I dont even know what was it at all till I search it from online next day- I dont smoke AT ALL. I remember the waiter kept asking Apple to have it but we kept saying no. However, as we were sharing the same table, I think it's not a big deal to have each of us put some money for that. But at the end, those who didn't smoke at all were there. Sorry I can't just left it like that.

Oiy I understand your point. I still have no idea who came out with the idea "lets run" know what i mean. So i decided to go with the flow. I was pissed too but they pissed US first. Like we talked, if they would agree to go down to 500 or the "actual" price of that thing. I would not mind to pay at all. they WERE being UNreasonable.

yeah...that night was a fun (drunk of course) and " I dont know what to do.. " moment... we were surounded by 7 guards or more.. and I was so worried that Oiy would get hurt by some of the guards!!!...

Moreover, Steve (Stegee) was a hero that night telling the guards to let all of us go as he would stay with them...hahha.. Just found out that he has a good heart....LMAO!!

Apple : I believe no any guard gonna hurt me as I'm a girl but I used body language too so my hands were waiving around and accidently made whatever that ICE BAR lady (one whom is not the waitress) were carrying dropped on the floor, she thought I was rude, but I said sorry for that (not for any other thing). So she didnt touch me even a bit.

So unfair, I kept telling them 100 times that I won't leave but they never listen to me...

I've never been banned from any pub, this probably be my first time.. Bravo!
