Oh well, it's about my new laptop again... when i bought it... the Toshiba staff told me if i had any prob. with this laptop in 7 i could claim for a new one.. So, I have used it for 7 days I found out that the speakers didn't work well... I put volume up (from program) to 100% noise still low as a whisper... I went to Toshiba and complaint about it... plus I complaint about the wireless connection, I couldn't log on the internet.Then the Toshiba staff... slide up the volume button in front of the laptop...the sound was so loud and clear ok one mistake. then about wireless he just show me how to hit button "on"They didn't speak anything to make me feel bad... they just shown that wasn't about computer error... only me USER was error

After that i just gave them a sweet smile and said "thank you" (for being patient) stupid me...Error Error....

gotta say that after sales in thailand is alot better than in europe....not just toshiba.

It's not that bad. Still better than complaining about computer not starting up and the tech support shows you how to push the power button.. lol

Maximumm >> yeah it has manual... but i too trust myself...and believe in my experience ... cuz my old laptop doesn't has the volume control like that...and no wireless very old

With the one I bought in BKK (do you remember? thanks again for your help) I tried to plug telephone in Lan, it didn't work so I had to take it back to Pantip... shame on me!
