I managed to catch a few of the tall ships coming in on my lunch break.There are supposed to be 52 coming, but I only had time to get a few quick pics before going back to work.list of some can be found here

They were in Boston last week. Did you have a bozo Mayor called Mayor Menino ruin the event? Our mayor held them hostage demanding that they pay for security. This didn't happen for any of the other hundreds of events in the city. We were supposed to have a parade of sail, but no because of our stupid Mayor. The event brought in millions for the city, but could have been much more successful. You should have seen all the Boston cops, Massachusetts Cops, Port Authority cops, homeland security people around earning time and a half while they had their finger up their ass. What a payoff.

they are all here in Halifax,Nova Scotia .the parade is on monday, half are going to Lunenburg, and the rest to Fort Louisbourg.then they finish with a trip to Belfast.

I'm going to try to get to pier 21 to take a boo saterday if i have time.
