I have to go to resorts and mostly being in swim wear at least 6 hrs / day

She told me about one of her friend

And thank you very much for ''Anny'' - she give me a nice tips

But if any one have other good recipes,Please do not hesitate to share

drink more water .. no soda

eat 4 or 5 smaller meals in stead of 3 regular meals your body will know it's going to get more fuel and increase your metabolism to use to 4 or 5 smaller meals then tryign to store as much as possible with less.....

ever notice why homeless people are often over weight? think about it ... your body stores as much as it can if it's not sure when the next meal is coming.

I do not drink soda or soft drink

I have water at 25'c only

plus I have a problem with hormone after bleeding too much

such a long long way and many things that I try

for my big body not skinny yet this time i sometime shopping online ka coz hard to find big size clothes ka but at plattinum have some beautiful clothes for us and not too expensive duay heehee

I always take care of my health and my shape, I am not trying to boast myself, but I am being honest, he he!

I have only 2 meals a day ! In the morning, I have coffee only... I have one dish during lunch time ( I always have lunch during 1 - 2 p.m. ) plus 1 drink ( either juice or diet coke )...and for dinner( I always have dinner before 7 p.m. ), it depends on what I wanna eat, I dont fix menu, but I always have some fruits also ( ex: strawberry, banana , pineapple , etc. ) , I rarely have chocolate though ( only chocolate sundae if we have McDonald's , ha ha ! once in a while !)

I rarely have chips, and I cant live without diet coke/pepsi max and I drink heaps of water, too !

And I always exercise, I love riding a bike, walking and running. Thats why I am always have good shape and always fit & sexy ! ha ha ha ...oops..

Just giving you an idea, you dont have to do what I do, because our bodies are different in burning calories, for me, I can say I burn calories very very quick..... oh and one more thing,which is very important, you should go to toilet to "deliver" at least once a day !! I always "deliver" in the morning... he he...

(deliver = poo)
