What I had to do was just finding someone to be my boss' representative to an internal meeting which will be held once a month because my boss always fly back to SIngapore every Thursday so he cant attend himself. But at the end I couldn't make it.. my kinda boss got stuck with client along with another staff who used to be my dear bossy's representative for this meeting. And another one who my boss assigned her to attend the meeting was out with him to see clients and she got back at almost 5p.m. when the meeting already ended. I asked my dear bossy VIA SMS if it's a big deal for not joining this meeting... I might sound really worried so she rang me back and asked me if anyone said anything to me about this?  No, but I just feel bad myself... as usual, she never blame me but she said I have done my part already from her point of view so it should be ok and it already past.What my new boss can trust me when I can't even get this easy task done? Why I couldn't make it? Stupid maak maak! sia jai .... 2.gif

I can't of course, I'm not even a banker and when I asked my kinda boss if one of his staff can attend on behalf of my boss, my kinda boss said "right, I will do it" so it mean he didnt think his staff can do and that's guy is a banker and is an AVP while I'm just a baby of my team.. I'm working with senior, I can support them but I cant be their representative.

All I know is it's about Assets Liability and is a meeting of senior management team.

a lot of poeple higher up the chain of command, get paid a lot more money to worry obout things a lot less important. you did your bit by asking one of those people. If they can't carry through on their word, then that is their problem not yours. Aspire to do whatever you do to the best of your ability and let the rest worry about if they go to the meetings.

You stupid! I fuking get a job and I love it and I'm a loyal one but I pissed off with myself whenever I done some mistake... B'coz I always blame myself before other...
