True Move
True Move and me. Here was just happened to me last week about Calling Melody. There it goes again. I just finished my call to customer service as i received sms from them informed me that i cant use my phone for any services my remaining credit balance is 66 baht 90 satang please top up before255/255/65535 *sigh* So, i told him, Customer service guy, informed that i just topped up last week 50b and now my balance is almost 67b why i couldnt use my phone. He told me that my 50b topped up must be used in 3 days and now it expired. I said, what ? 50b in 3 days use.. Its impossible for me, i use mobile phone just about 3-5 times per week. He suggested me to change promotion, but i was thinking about change provider, d*mmit!
