As many of you know, I had all my **** stolen in a backpack form Stabucks Emporium Fl 2 on Dec 2nd 2004. It was a farang. He got allot of impratnat info about me and my lap top computer. The fear I have is indentiy theft. Been very out in front on this and frooze my credit history in the states.

HOWEVER! The person who stole my new Central Card form the mail and rang up THB120,000+ in debt (US$3,050) appears to live in my building! He's been stealing certain mail from me for maybe 20-60 days now. Anyway, Central has tracked down this fuckers' signature from the bills he has signed with his own name on the apartment registration in my building! UNFUCKEING belevable! There is more evidence and more facts than this but I can't say much more except that we know where he works as well. If this is indeed the thief that stole the Central Card form the mail he and his woman- are going to have a very unfortunae fall from grace. They work for a very high profile company as well. THE BALLS this guy has! Stealing my mail and living in the same apartment!

To be safe- it may not be him but one look at the signature was all it took for me and the Central Fraud guy. I'm meeting them to find out what the next action will be. It will have to come before the end of the month as we also know that this couple is planning to make a move. The sweetness of it all- Central knows where they are moving as well cause the guy had he stuff delivered to his new house! AH! The joy I am gonna have when I get to face this fucker. He has Central, Bangkok Bank and AIS all lined up for a piece of his ass!

why dont you arrest him? Why bother with all this? You have enough to nail him. Contact a good law firm and go get him. Alone with the police can be difficult if he KNOW some one in that station he can be warned. Get a good law firm and go kick his arse!

I can't get a good baseball bat in Bangkok. Can I? ITs not farang. That was the first thief. This is thief 2. A very excellent English speaker. Educated abroad. Actually, I can't arrest him on a signature that looks the same. WE need a bit more. But Central is getting a warent and they have their own "active cops" on the pay role so I don't have to deal with the lazy **** ones. It should be coming. Give it unitl the end o the month. IN the meantime- lets have a drink. I'm gonna get plasteed after I smack this guy and take his picture!

I had an incident with one of my credit cards *after* I got back from my last trip to BKK. Seems that someone ran it thru a card reader in addition to charging me for the meal I had. They then used that info to create a new counterfit credit card and went on a shopping and travel spree in Japan. So, I'm sitting at my home, and I get this call from Visa, and they ask me, did you buy W, X, Y, and Z over in Japan. "Nope" I says. Well, they covered all of it of course, to the tune of about $2500 or so, and issued me a new card with a different number.

I say that they swippped my card info after a meal cause that would be the only time that the card left my control. This was obviously the result of an organized gang of some sort not a single person as in your case. Bottom line, you gotta keep your credit cards in *your* control.

I'm planning to go there to BKK for an extended stay, going to have all of my credit card statements sent to my sisters, and will pay them and monitor activity on line so as to discourage mail fraud.

If ya can't find a baseball bat, maybe you can find one of those 6 D-cell mag lights? Like the cops in the states use. That oughta work on a kneecap...
