100 - 150K Baht/month means you can get a pretty damn good place. What about the high-end high rises along the Chao Phraya River near the Shangri La and The Oriental? I could be wrong though, as these places may go for more like 200+ per month.

100-150k is not a lot for 3 beds one which would be 200Sq.m+ I think it will be easier if the budget is upto 250k

I don't think Ascott has 3 bedrooms apartment available though... most serviced apartment have maximum of 2 bedrooms and maybe one or two units of 3 bedroom category.
