I read about Tom Kha Kai from TF forum last week, so I made up my mind to cook it as my grandma did before (she passed away when I was a teenager, she left many recipe' to my mom) now I'm learning it. hehe.As I told in that forum, I can't stand Tom Kha Kai in any restaurants. I taste many but not match my taste at all. Before you eat just put smashed chillie, squeeze lime and then drop some corainder.Enjoy you lunch. '
