Why is it so hard to be lonely, just doesn't seem like it's worth it (life) if it is spent alone.  Sorry, to bring you down, just pretty lonely lately.

but you know what be with yourself sometimes, it's good for your mental health. You can figure it out about life and many things..

Loneliness is the part of our life and I am quite sure it teaches us many things. It is a God gifted lesson.

a good dog'll never let you down. and you got probly 40-50 more years left to look for a two-legged companion. spend your free time making yourself into somebody a two-legged companion would want to pal around with.

I've been there too . . . I know what you're feeling . . . but you got good advise here. Find something to do . . . anything, even if its just a walk in the park everyday, or a place to have a cup of coffee. You'll find that these feelings pass.

Only you can allow yourself to feel bad. It is not because you do not have someone that makes you feel lonely. It is your own mental attitude that makes you feel lonely.

I do feel that often, and no matter how hard I try to look for support, it doens't help. It has to come down to me to get rid of that bad feeling inside.

Talk to a good friend or your family, I am sure you will feel better.

"no" life doesnt sound like a fun alternativer
