reminds me of a job site i worked at. there was a controls guy there who would check for gas leaks using a bic lighter...till he burned most of his hair off his head and all his eyebrows and beard...he doesn't check for gas loeaks anymore......fools

the other one was a job site near pattaya. some of the locals where welding and smoking on gas pipes near the storage tanks.. not good when the tank they where working on held 500,000 galloons of fuel...needless to say that was a large kaboom....we had a crew on site when this happened none of our men where hurt but the welders of the pipe never where found
