My friend really had to walk me to the car when I heard him !!!

I was told that one of the boys in my program had attempted to sexually abuse a younger girl. Knowing by heart what life is like and how children are so ignorant in that community doesn't shake me. But a 5 years old boy? And he did that after what he had seen porn with his adopted father. He had tried that not only once..but many times.

Couldn't wait any longer, I then went to their houses, My niece's face kept popping up in my head. Asking myself as if they were my own children, nieces or nephews. I couldn't let this happen to anyone.

Straight to the girl's place, I talked to her parents and not that they didn't care but the grandmother said "Teacher, I know that this was not that usual but they were just playing."

Then this light headed Nave, went on to the boy's house. Met with the 'father' who allowed him to watch porn with. Told him what had happened. Then I heard something that made me couldn't walk...

"Well, Miss! This little boy isn't what you think. He's more than that..and he had done more than that  but hey..kids were playing..no harm done !!!!"

I was pushed by a friend, dragged by another friend ..till I reached the car. My head was spinning, got in the car...rest my head against the window.. Not beling bullshit, but tears were coming down.

It was so heart-breaking to me.

Like I knew what I was doing. Like I could predict that in 10 or 20 years, these kids would grow up and would know how to make wise choices.

But how I wish....just a little help from us..adults..who already know what's right from wrong. Or at least we are supposed to know.

How can one forget that he is also painting the world that his child living in ????

A question that I still have to answer myself and keep telling myself not to give up.

Sometime I really really hate the LAW! And I hate how some people has to let thing past just because they don't want to have any problem or think it's a waste of time to fight. It's not about this case really I just babbling about how I feel. There are many people that want to do something but they dont know who they can rely on so they just said nothing while some ppl rejected what other offer to do for them just to avoid from being ashamed and ****..

I'm stressed out.... yeah right.

That is incredibly sad that young INNOCENT lives are being ruined by terrible parents.

I am incredibly proud of you for taking action. Taking action like that would rarely happen here the USA.

When I read from newspaper or see it on TV..it sounded bad but maybe not that bad..but when it happened...it is so heartbreaking that not only I was speechless like what you now ...but i was numb, felt like i was slapped.
