Pictures of Korea
It's been a while since my first journal entry, and because i'm so lazy and can't think of anything interesting to write, I thought I'd put some pictures up for you all! The above picture was taken at Gyeongbokgung palace in Seoul. It's the main palace, where the royalty used to live and hang out during the dyanasty eras. Usually they do re-enactments of palace life for the tourists.
This Buddha is made of dried raspberries!!! Taken outside Pusan station.
This is a typical back street scene in the small country village of Hanam. This was the first place that I lived in Korea, back in 2006, and this picture was taken with my old crappy camera.
One of the mountains in Seoul.... can't remember the name!!

I think this is a rice field. Anyway, it's taken in Gangwon-do, one of the rural areas.
Koreans are very scared of American beef these days. The president agreed to import it, but the people believe (thanks to the media) that it's infected with mad cow disease.
