Basic life support
This morning I attended the Basic life support class... and we had a little workshop to certified that we can help ppl life. Please read a little bit of BLS. I copied it from Wiki."Basic Life Support (BLS) is a specific level of prehospital medical care provided by trained responders, including emergency medical technicians, in the absence of advanced medical care.Basic Life Support consists of a number of life-saving techniques focused on the "ABC"s of pre-hospital emergency care:
- Airway: the protection and maintenance of patient airway including the use of airway adjuncts such as an oral or nasal airway
- Breathing: the actual flow of air through respiration, natural or artificial respiration, often assisted by emergency oxygen
- Compressions: pressure applied on the chest to keep the blood flowing by compressing the heart during cardiopulmonary resuscitation|CPR]
2. Then call for help, shout out cuz we can't do it alone.
3. Check breathing by put my ear near his / her nose... and eyes stare at his / her chest. If no breathing... flow the air (Mouth to mouth) 2 times. Actually, at class we have mouth piece. My trainer said my lung is so good... when I flow, blow in the others could see the victim chest came up... yahoo!!!! in 1 cycle we have to do...
1. Find pulse... around neck. If no pulse, do CPR.
2. 2 blows (mouth to mouth) and press chest 30 times. Then do it like that 5 cycle... hrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. à ˹×èà¢Ã§¨ÃÔ§ªéÒ¹¨ÃÃôÃÑéÂà ¹ÕèÂ
