I would just ignore him, he is bound to give up eventually.

If he keeps emailing you, reject his email address!! (SPAM)

Don't just ignore him

e-mail him back and tell him your not interested

and dont complain when guys go to bar girls who give them attention

Report him to Nicky, that should be interesting to follow. In my experience, psychologist are all a bit crazy.

More seriously, tell him you are not interested and if he persists, add him to your blocked list so he can't send you PM's or testis anymore.
