Fear of Conflict destroys the team and organization !

And i often say this to my staff

"If you decide that you gotta gossip or bite someone in the dark, dont come to me when things go wrong cuz I'll already label you 'LOSER' !!!!!

..........

I wasnt being funny, hun !!! whenever that we have our organization seminar..often time this issue is mentioned "Thais have fear of conflict-Thais don't like confrontation"..and it pisses me off !!!!

And I do whatever it takes to work harder than those farangs, arrive hours early, say what i gotta say..hear what they want me to hear..so that they don't say "My boss is Thai !!"

But actually..it is being true here !! Fear of conflict !!!
