Today my colleague brought the bananas from her home to the office and asked me to made "banana in coconut milk " for her...well, I am in good mood so made that dessert for her at office...I just bought coconut milk...milk, sugar and electricity cost is FREE 
slice bananas legthways then in half.
I used the electric pot @ office to cook...pour the coconut milk+milk into the electric pot, add the sugar and salt...Bring to the boil, add the bananas, bring back to the boil for a few minutes then switch off the electric pot.
HOT serve 
I pray my colleague can go to work tomorrow.
