Although details vary, the most broadly accepted description of what each base represented is as follows:

First base is commonly understood to be French kissing, but can also mean any mouth-to-mouth kissing.

Second base is groping or feeling up underneath the shirt.

Third base usually refers to mutual masturbation, fondling or groping of male or female genitals or oral sex (although historically used to mean fingering or giving a handjob)

Scoring a Run is Hitting a Home Run, (or "Fourth base", "scoring", "going all the way")

I wouldn't know. We are just happy at becoming World Champions in Football quite regularly (or at least play in the finals most of the time). ;-)
