I am not a fan of snakes and I won't be going back to that show in a hurry!!!!!! I went to the shooting range and it was the first time I had used a handgun  a colt 45, also couldn't believe how loud it was!!!!   To many movies me thinks!!!To people who want to go to Phuket it can  be expensive especially in Patong, if you get away from there it is a bit cheaper, and  quiet as well!!!!! Had a great time!!!

September is the best time to go to Phuket. Less rain and accomodations are still cheap plus not many tourists!

That shooting range is good fun...done the 45...38...9mm and the pump action out the back on the people targets....that was the best.

everywhere is quiet as hell in thailand at present. i usually stay at the montien riverside in bkk and there must have been me and 6 other people at breaky in the mornings whereas you normally have to fight yr way to the buffet. hua hin was also quiet. me thinks the reds versus yellows fiasco has scared away LOTS of tourists. it took me about 5 mins at arrivals and there was 3 people in front of me at the passport line in departures when i left. i flew thai airways from brisbane to bangkok and normally there are no spare seats. i had a whole row to myself this time. hope things pick up soon.
