Pick 4 ripe santols (taste a bit sour is good for this dessert)

Make
salt water...follow here,
Dissolving
2-3 Tbsp
salt in
 1 liter water in
basin
. Wash dirt and peel santol a bit thicky, taking some meat off because it might be
harsh to the taste, t
hen put in  salt water quickly
 one by one if not your santols would get more deep color
(same as mine in the pic because i had to take photo hehe)

: ·ÓãËéà¹×éáÃ÷éù¢ÒǹèÒ¡Ô¹  Ã£Ã‹Ã©Ã£ÃŠÃ¨Â¹Ã©Ã“ÃùÒÇ 1 ªéùâµêà ŧä»ã¹¹éÓà¡Å×÷Õèáªè¡Ã÷éù´éǤèà ¡Ã´ã¹¹éÓÃùÒǨ÷ÓãËé¢ÒÇ
 

After that, sliver santol meat into the same basin with thin salt water (need only meat, leave all the seeds in your month lol taste good). Soak them about 1 hour then wash and crush them in clean water 2 times, remove from water, drain.

Tip
: How to make santol meat stay white? fill 1 Tbsp lemon juice in salt water, acid in lemon juice keep santol meat white (except my peeled santol in the pic, It couldn't help lol)

Make syrup.....using 0.6 liter water
(1 small water bottle)
 and 500 g. sugar or very
rich
sweet taste.
Boil, stir to make sure that sugar
not settle or burn at the bottom
. Add the drained santol meat cook in syrup for about 5 minutes. Remove from fire and cool. Let it stand in syrup for 2-3 hours. then put in the frige till overnight.

After overnight....Done, Fill some ice when u eat. Sweet taste of syrup with soft santol meat a bit sour+salty and
AROI MAK MAK!!
