HiI was thinking that I would like to try and make some Thai Fish Cakes for myself and my flatmates as we all love them, so I was just wandering if any of you have a really good recipe that I can follow.  I have seen lots on the net but not sure how authentic they are so I thought it would be best to ask here so I get it right. Many thanks my stomach is rumbling so hope someone can help me soon

Normally the people buy the paste all ready in the supermarket and then fry it at home.Easy

Buy some fish (any will do)

Buy some cakes

Mix them all together with some water, or beer if you prefer, and then fry them for a few mins.

Voila!! Fish cakes. :-)
