My friend Mark asked me to post an event so here is the introduction to the event:"On the 15th July I will start the first of many good turns by going to Sanam Luang to give as many free meals as I can. Please bring yourselves and any spare change you may have, I have placed an order for 250 hot meals with a drink that evening and cost works out at 25 baht per person. Please help as many as you can but remember that giving a free hot meal to just one person will make an enormous difference to them and let them know we are thinking of them.

If you cannot spare any change then perhaps some clean clothing, especially waterproofs at this time of year or instead if you could provide me with the most valuable of gifts - your time, then I would be so grateful. I hope to provide 25 baht meals to as many people as possible along with a hand to hold and an ear to listen to anyone who needs some company.

We will meet outside the McDonalds at Democracy Monument (near Khao San road) at 7pm on the 15th and would appreciate as much support as possible. Please come and show these under priviledged people that We Care and give them hope by showing them that strangers do care.

Thank you so much for your support." Click here to sign up:http://www.thailandfriends.com/index.php?name=Events#1800
