I agree basically any exercise that increases bloodflow makes you feel good in the long run.

it streatches the muscles which increases ciculation which equals better feeling. there is a lot

of soreness when you first begin which causes a lot of people to quit but as long as you exercise

gradually in increments and not over due it the reward is great for the body and the mind. if your

body feels good your mind will follow and vice versa.
