Another Fashion week has passed. Only few shows i participated among the audiences, the tickets were not easy to come by this time around. The shows were hour++ late (as always). Plentiful of Thai influences come in to play this time. Just a breath of fresh air that we are still holding our roots no matter. Have to say they do pretty good job on mixing the tunes for the runway, the country music and the up beat includes the infamous song "Jung si mun tong torn". The design, well that's for your own liking. Enjoy " 27 Friday has created a winter collection inspired, surprisingly, by the Northeastern region of Thailand. Titled ‘She Has Been Waiting….’ after a famous Thai luktung song, the collection embraces, modernises and reinterprets Northeastern motifs from folk designs, the devil-may-care attitude, and the diverse colour palette onto the brand’s characteristic sharp cutting and crafts details. good to see Thai designers are incorporating their own ideas. See so many countries copying the 'big' fashion countries. Keep up the good work!!
