The fusion reaction they are aiming for is actually the ultimate nuclear power available - at least for now and until we develop other technologies in the centuries ahead. If they can get this going, it really will be a huge step toward providing the worlds energy needs in a much more efficient and less harmful way than we have available to us today. I hope it works!
