Why does it have to be the super-rich? We can all do something. Sometimes it's as simple as smiling. You can't imagine how uplifting it is just to know people care about you.

Good point Admin ! From what I understand a lot of the help New Orleans received after Katrina came from individuals donating their time.

Caring can make difference. Everybody cared about their community. Brad Pitt was the catalyst to bring everybody together.

and where was the government hiding during the recovery after katrina? its great to take taxes but responsible governments give back THE PEOPLES money when its required. shame on bush (again). well done brad pitt and his backers for this project to help people when its required.
