Every now and then, I need to "remind and motivate" myself on why I am doing what I am doing and what I am doing it for.

New ventures always bring new challenges and sometimes new challenges can be quite overwhelming.

But without risks and new challenges, none of us will ever attain the rewards which we all seek.
