well surely everybody in the world knows u shouldn't go near any religious site dressed in beachwear. i mean u wouldn't go into a church or chapel or synagogue dressed in a bikini so why get photographed in a bikini close to a buddhist temple. now the "beauty queens" may plead ignorance, but i am sure they must have had thai guides, interpreters and chaperones .... so what the hell were they thinking. disgraceful behaviour.

well after reading loburt's comments, it would appear to me to be an atempt to stir up interest worldwide in an event which is getting little coverage outside of thailand (and not a lot inside thailand).
