Help !!! Can anyone help me to over come the Addiction?

Acohol Addict ---> No

Tobacco Addcit ---> No

I am totaly hooked up to the TF.

I think of TF during my BreakFast, Lunch, Dinner, Super & even Dream of TF while i am Sleeping. And always lazy to wakeup to work.

Once i login to TF i can't stop and wake myself to log off. And also difficult on waking up for work.

Please help me to Quick out from TF ...
