Does anyone have any recommendation on Ho Chi Minh hotels?

I am looking for hotels in the price range of $70 to $100 USD a night.

I would prefer hotels to be close to transport and the city.

try Bong Sen 2... on Hai Ba Trung. Its a small boutique hotel for business, has all the usual facilities and is smack in middle of CBD etc.

Or try Bong Sen hotel (slightly more expensive but much better) on Dong Koi.

I would not recommend staying anywhere near the airport unless you have to.

And also, I would recommend you buy a Lonely Planet for most of the info you will need staying in HCMC for short time.

(btw...I lived in HCMC for nearly 2 years)
