I personally prefer another green plant widely available in Holland but tulips are nice! Reminds me of my youth in Canada when spring time came and tulips were coming out... :-)

The tulip fields in the Netherlands are one of the most impressive things I've seen. Very amazing and pretty.

i haven't been in holland for a while , used to go there once a year as i have my cousins there.

holland is great for its flowers ( did you know they are a major grower of orchids?) and its cheese too. what i liked there as a kid is the birds are not afraid of humans and come very close to you , unlike in france
