though many say use of profanity is not clever (especially people who know Ciaran) you can be imaginative with how you use insults and swearing.

My favourite modern term is spunkbubble...

And flapsandwich is quite good too

But I love ye olde English insults from Shakespeare

Thou dissembling clay-brained nut-hook!
