What would you do if you create something from the start and someone wanna ****** it?

Some of you may know I work on e-learning project from start, now I'm still be admin... but I can't getting along with my new boss. Actually, the whole team can't be with her. We can't work with the person like that. Then one day we talked to the big boss that we didn't wanna work in this dept. anymore. We will start something new. After she knew it she tried to take good stuff that we did included my project. I really don't know what I should do....

Deep down inside I know e-learning is hard to use for training Thai ppl. but I just wanna do my best.

I have to talk to my big boss about my goal setting, and individual action plan next Monday... my big boss said, "Neung, it's time to shout out loud to me. It's time to tell me what you wanna do, wanna be... plan for the next 3years" My dream is more than e-learning admin but doing knowledge management.

Don't know what to say about e-learning, cuz I have problem with her already, but that's my piece...

but on the other hand... I can start something new, such as knowledge sharing, my sup. said, now I'm doing all 3 kind of work 1.Create, 2.Capture, 3.Share. She said I'm kinda have talent about sharing...

So what I should do? Just drop it?
