The areas I have been trying to reach (Pattaya & Baan Paen) are not affected by the flooding. Both Skype and Google Voice calls have been unsuccessful for the last 4 days. She's probably just with some other dude...get over it. lol, jk....kind of. I do have more issues in morning (evening in Thailand) but this has been something off and on for months. Sometimes it will just hang and hang before connecting.
