condotown
It's called freedom of expression. If you ever heard OutOfOrder's absolutely adorable and nearly native British accent, you wouldn't be so hard on her. By the way, I have pics and full names of both "Stickman" and "John Galt" Let's just sit back now and watch in morbid fascination as this little war unfolds. I can assure you, it probably won't have a pretty or happy ending.

Im sorry THAT you are stuck in the same pile as stickman. his rants are all basically for those who cannot feel happy about themselves living in bkk. there was only ONE post i liked about stickman's posting. it was about those farang losers who end up sitting on a plastic chair, eating street food....but yet whinning about the thai-typical-Esarn-based relationships and the troubles of being in thailand. well,at first i appreciated the effort of writing such story..... but a few times i read it.... i realized that it's just a reflection of himself.... hypocrite and miserable.... trying to make himself sound like he is better than others. would you praise on a person who wrote bad things about his work mates and neighbors? if you do, it is obvious that you are just as low life as them. PLS do not try to correct my ENGLISH as it is my second language. I speak two languages better than how you would speak one. so dont USE that as a silly defence. plus, i am 89% drunk. I did not try and correct your'e English in any way, shape or form. your'e written English is very good indeed and therefore i must asume that you do understand the true meaning of the word ****. so you have no excuse in constantly using this word, and to persist in using this vulgar language. i honestly know some disgusting Thai language but would NEVER dream of using it in case i offended just ONE person, so why you think it's ok to offend in my language is a mystery to me. also calling me a "LOW LIFE" because i have a different opion to you is a bit strong is it not.....? o yes you are 89% percent drunk so it is ok, abuse away. don't personal attacks warrant yellow cards ? or is that just for foreign submitters? and sorry, one last thing i find funny is you saying that English is your second language and you speak 2 languages better than i do one. is that not another personal attack? and seeing as that i'm a native ENGLISH speaker and that i'm ENGLISH i can't stop laughing, please tell me another joke you are really funny....... dannyboy
Bollocks that 'f*ck' the worst profanity in the english language. I'd say the word for a girl's mimsy that begins with 'c'* is worse*c*nt Zammo you must be so proud of the fact you know even more swear words, i hope you are proud of this and don't let this skill of obtaining profanities go to waste. please make sure you use them at least 10 times a day each, and DEFINETLY use them in posts so non native speakers can see them being used and add them to their already large English language profanity collection Well done that man........ Sorry to be the one to have to educate you on what is your mother tongue and the most widely used language on the planet. Your comments regarding the use of so called profanity are simplistic and ignorant of the complex nature of language use. In the first instance I would be amused to read what you think is the actual origins of the F word and then reflect upon the way this word has come to be used throughout the world by English Speakers and non native English speakers. Language is a complex thing and your comments only display an ignorance of that fact, while underlining a very narrow understanding of the way language functions. Words go in and out of fashion and sometimes disappear altogether. In the case of the F word it is often used in a very descriptive way and can be a useful if blunt or vulgar way to underscore a certain disdain or displeasure. Also it can be and is often used as a way to express anger or frustration in a very direct and effective manner. In general it would be considered profane to use this or other similar type words which would be more widely regarded as unacceptably vulgar in polite society, but not always, as there are times when ?profanity? is in fact the best method to communicate and idea or situation, For example, one might say; You furcked up! Or that?s furcking crazy. You are a crazy motherfurker. Other variant uses being, You are furking stupid or that?s furking stupid. She furked him or he furked her. The last case underlining who is the doer! Thus it is a useful action word. So we might get, he or she had been furked. The key issue with the use of such ?profanity? is the context of its use or more crucially if it is being used as a substitute for using the full range of vocabulary in the language. Then it is to be frowned upon because it underlines the inarticulateness of the user. Also it can be offensive to sensitive people on account of conjuring up graphic mental images of emotive or aggressive acts. Similarly one would generally frown upon the use of the word **** when people are eating! However within the native English speaking populations, which comprise of American English, Antipodean?s English, and Hibernian English, among many other variants, and which encompass considerable variety, and diversity with the use of English there can be considerable scope for the use of ?profanity? usually when a degree of mutual respect and trust exists between the parties engaged in verbal exchanges. Especially when neither party has to pretend to be above the use of direct or vulgar language when the situation allows. In essence profanity can provide a crude and simple release of emotion within the language and the tolerance of such use will vary considerably depending on a wide range of factors. In conclusion it would be wrong to say that there are no cases in which the use of ?profanity? is not only acceptable but in fact effective as a means to communicate an idea or sentiment. For example if one was to say, YOU?RE A REAL ARSSHOLE it may well be the most apt description which conveys the essence of a person far better than any amount of conventional formal language. Accordingly the charming little miss ?out of order? is free to use any ?profanity? she wishes, and it may not be any measure of her true educated and sophisticated personality. Its really all a load of furking bollarks ,innn it mate!
